A teenager was brought in with complaints of cold fingers and toes. Often, some adolescents experience rapid growth in a short period of time. They may have low blood pressure, sometimes as low as 80/50. Due to poor peripheral circulation, their hands and feet tend to feel constantly cold.
If a child has:
constantly cold fingertips;
dizziness;
low appetite,
in such cases, it is usually possible to improve the condition not with medication, but through physical activity.
They should:
reduce consumption of flour-based foods;
get proper sleep at night;
avoid spending too much time on phones and computers.
Spending more time outdoors and staying physically active can help eliminate vegetative symptoms.
