Biofeedback

Monitoring of physiological parameters in the body is monitored online and consciously controlled using specially selected multimedia and computer games.

Simply put, the BTA-interface is a "physiological window" of a person. In it, the patient sees a reflection of his inner world, learns about his shortcomings and achievements. Using the BTA method, psychovegetative indicators are studied and corrected, excess sympathicotonia or vagotonia is brought to the norm.

A patient who starts BTA procedures learns how to overcome his fear, anxiety, and excessive anxiety, his motivation increases, his interest in life, study or work increases, the art of communication with others is formed, etc.

AREAS OF APPLICATION OF BTA

apathy, depression, asthenia, constant fear, anxiety, self-doubt, phobia, tendency to unreasonable stress;
chronic diseases of the body affecting the psyche;
mentally prepare athletes for competitions;
increase the professional skills of workers, increase their motivation for mental and physical work;
to increase the level of resistance to stress and extreme situations, and to strengthen the internal motivation of special service workers, including various employees who work in the system of the use of force;
strengthening of psychological adaptation, increasing stress resistance in workers of any field related to nervous tension and psychoemotional stress;
chronic ongoing hypochondriacal neuroses;

REMEMBER!

BTA is widely used in clinical psychology, psychosomatic medicine, behavioral neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, pediatrics, rehabilitation medicine, health care medicine.

CONTINUITY OF TREATMENT

Duration of treatment depends on the type of disease. Typically, each session lasts 30 minutes. The number of sessions is 5-10 every day or every other day. Different methods of psychotraining can be applied to one patient. Based on the patient's psychoemotional status, the medical psychologist selects individual psychotraining courses for each patient.

PRIORITY OF BTA METHOD

non-drug treatment method
no side effects
eliminates not only the symptoms of psycho-emotional disorder, but also the cause of the disease
activates psychovegetative and neurohumoral mechanisms
forms self-management skills
increases the level of resistance to stress
can be carried out in combination with any pharmacological treatment methods

MONITORING CONDITIONS

acute diseases
acute infectious diseases
acute pains developed due to organic diseases (except psychogenic pains)
period up to five years
acute psychosis and psychomotor agitation
In the 1950s, the BTA method was developed and began to be used in clinical psychology. Through the BTA method, effective ways of correcting the behavior of children and adolescents are developed with the active use of the mechanism of conditional-reflective activity. This is called the BTA method.

Heart rate, skin resistance, body temperature, AQB, EEG, muscle strength and other indicators are studied and corrected by establishing biological feedback with the body. Biofeedback is also called biological control.

Biofeedback is an effective and modern psychophysiological method for correcting various behavioral disorders observed in children and adolescents. This method can also be used in adults. The BTA method is conducted on the basis of a special computerized program. In this case, the patient's physiological parameters are processed online.

With the help of visual, auditory and tactile signal-stimuli, the client learns to control, manage and change his behavior.
