After 2020, in our country, the problems of the population, especially women, in their psyche, behavior and relations with their loved ones have increased sharply. The number of mental disorders, panic and anxiety has increased, and the need for psychologists has increased greatly. When a person turns to a specialist for healing and finds a cure, it is a great light upon light. But if the situation gets worse after falling for a fake specialist, there is nothing better to do.
It is alarming that fake psychologists are multiplying like mushrooms after the rain in Uzbekistan. Fake psychologists, who are at the center of great debates in our society, have not fallen from the moon. They are affected by the chilla (pandemic) of three years ago and the tendency of our women to seek spiritual help more than men. As a result, fraudsters who introduce themselves as psychologists on social networks easily cheat thousands of women. Most of the people who claim to provide psychological help have no training, experience, or knowledge, and have barely completed a three-month course. "Do we need psychology?" raises the question. In fact, what should be understood by today's psychology? Let's find out what experts in this field think about it.

In such cases, turn to a psychiatrist or psychotherapist, not to those who promise spatial changes on social networks.

Psychology is a very complex and responsible science. A psychologist is obliged to constantly search and work on himself. Today, concepts such as the original psychologist and the esoteric, parapsychologist are mixed. People who take a pinch of this and a pinch of that and are cooking porridge are shamelessly calling themselves "psychologists". He is trying to influence the audience by posting his lectures on various topics on the Internet. In today's information age, the influence of people on information is very high. Many people are stuck in a whirlpool of conflicting opinions for a long time under the influence of the information they have seen and heard. Unable to come to an idea, he is in a dead end. The human psyche is a very delicate matter. When an unstable person is surrounded by different thoughts, he is surrounded by insomnia, restlessness, and panic. Even some people got attached to those lectures and turned into zombies. Gradually, the psyche is surrounded by such sticky ideas and thoughts. When a person constantly hears various nonsense information, he gets used to blindly follow it.
Parapsychology, esotericism, psychogenetics have become very popular in Uzbekistan. You can follow several such groups on social networks. They give advice such as expressing gratitude for money, turning to the universe, and asking celestial bodies such as the sun and the moon. Unknown "psychologists" who attended a 3-month course or not started training courses along with providing services. More than ten women become "professionals" every month in these courses. In fact, it takes years of study and training to master a simple profession. Look, here it is considered that 3 months is enough for the field related to the human psyche. Especially in psychology, students are taught for four years by professors and teachers in universities for at least basic knowledge. Conducting various theories, exercises, and sessions that are not compatible with Islam became so easy that it was possible to collect subscribers on Instagram or Telegram channels.
We have been continuously applying to the Ministry of Justice for the past 1 year to establish the Association of Neuropsychologists and Clinical Psychologists of Uzbekistan in order to control the situation in the Republic, to train and improve the skills of psychologists. They always refuse with different reasons. If we create this association, we will also start cleaning our society from fake psychologists.

These people did not encounter psychologists or psychotherapists, but fake esotericists. If psychology helps a person to get rid of mental injuries and grief, esotericism promises to find a solution to any problem.
Usually, patients expect to analyze their inner world, but esotericists send them into completely different streets. Often books and trainings on esotericism are hidden under the name of psychology. Because formulas that combine science and imagination in the human mind quickly gain confidence and bring good profits. On the one hand, people are interested in mysterious knowledge such as theology and miracles, but on the other hand, they are afraid. Here they are offered to solve problems by connecting mysterious puzzles with science. This is an effective way to influence the mind and gain trust.
Esotericism is a system of views about the mysterious nature of life. He is a master of magic and miracles. People inclined to such ideas and looking for the greatest meaning of life often become esoteric. Esoterics know well how to find human weaknesses. He teaches magic, talks about influencing life with thoughts, attracting money, controlling body energy, etc. Astrology refers to solar, lunar, cosmic and other energies. Asks to follow the laws of the universe and return to "nature". It works with the spirits of past ancestors and parents. In this way, he makes money using the simplicity of Uzbek women.
The real reason for the stones thrown at psychology today and the mood of mistrust is due to the lack of control in the field. For example, when we say a cardiologist, we mean a specialist who has been educated at a university, has a higher education, a diploma, knowledge and qualifications. A psychologist is also a specialist. He should also study at a higher education institution and be aware of the basic science of psychology. Here we are talking about general psychology. Usually, in general psychology, explanations are given on how the human psyche works, human mental system, perception, intuition, thinking, and imagination. There are concepts such as community psychology, family psychology, child psychology, human character, temperament.
Professor Zarifboy Ibodullayev has been making efforts to develop medical psychology for 25 years. On his initiative, the master's degree and clinical residency courses in "Medical psychology" were established in medical universities. Today, it's time to start large-scale training of "Clinical psychologist" and "Medical psychologist" specialists. A medical psychologist will certainly find a solution to a problem that a general psychologist could not solve.

Frankly, such cases are a form of modern fraud. The fact that those who take advantage of other people's worries and make noises are not afraid of anyone is a cause for concern. What, is the city open to those who lure people with various lies - "breeding", "genetic modification", "the art of making money" and hundreds of stupid topics? Regarding the attitude of the people of Uzbekistan to psychology these days, I would like to say that psychology does not belong to any direction or trend. This is a direction separated from philosophy and a science that studies the human psyche. People who did not know about it, whether they read it or not, came out in front of the public and started to make a savior out of themselves. Due to this, a layer of unscientific fake psychologists was created. That is, they started a business for money and took the human psyche as an object. In fact, to become a psychologist, you need to study in higher education institutions, at least a bachelor's degree, if not a master's degree. In practice, chalamullas who have not studied anywhere or who have attended someone's two- or three-month courses and seminars and received a "certificate" introduce themselves as psychologists. Calling themselves psychologists, esotericists, motivators or other names, they accept patients. As a result, the condition of mental patients is aggravated. All methods of psychology have a scientific basis, methods implemented as a result of years of research are used. In general, it is impossible to enter this field without studying a person, without knowing his individual characteristics, socialization processes. Because this field can change a person's spirit and mind not only for the better, but also for the worse. Those who try to treat patients on the basis of their own ideas and fantasies, which are not in science, make a big mistake.
  According to Shoira Isokova, a member of the Association of Psychologists of Uzbekistan, a document has been prepared in this regard in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice. In these days, it is expected to develop a normative document that will control the activities of psychologists. If the document becomes law, it will investigate the activities of fake psychologists on social networks and the issue of licensing will come to light. That is, the field is regulated by law.
